There was a great social experiment on telly where some people took on diets from different periods in time.  It was the group that had to chew each mouthful of food a set number of times that lost the most weight.  And I too have recently discovered that eating less actually harms your diet efforts.

Could you imagine training with a personal trainer that doesn&#039;t push you, and after weeks you still don&#039;t get the results you hired her/him for ? That would be a total waste of money.
