The overall goal when it comes to weight loss is to burn fat and the best way to achieve fat burning is to raise your metabolism so when I saw the title of this video – being the lazy exerciser that I am – I decided it must be worth trying!
Four minutes of exercise with 20 seconds of fast pedal action and 10 seconds of cooling down. Make note that you should also do 5 min warm up before and pedal slowly for 4-5 minutes afterwards to cool down.

This looks like a system I could use. I love the idea of sprinting (very short sprint!) then resting. Need to find an exercise bike for it, although I did see the bit at the beginning about the jogging/running which is easier to achieve – no bike needed! Great information as usual, thanks.
