			</div><div style="clear:both"></div><div style="padding-bottom:4px;"></div><p>I can&#8217;t believe I am already 16 days into my 21 days of exercising and I have been keeping up with the walking &#8211; although it doesn&#8217;t feel as if it is enough but its something. I have missed around 4 days out of the 16 so far, 2 days when I managed to hurt my elbow and couldn&#8217;t twist it, one day when I plain forgot to exercise and another day suffering from really bad calf cramps from not doing warm ups/cool down properly.</p>
<p>Its been such great weather that walking has been the easiest thing to do and I have my sexy swagger back now that I have shed some pounds and am no longer dragging myself along.</p>
<p>I made a great discover that I only have 35 lbs left to lose. Offically, to reach my ideal weight its actually 50 lbs but I don&#8217;t want to be that thin and losing the 35lbs would be great. Of course nothing is shifting right now but it seems to be the pattern my body is in, lose loads then lose nothing for weeks so I will keep myself happy by celebrating the fact that at least is not going up!!!</p>
