<p>Today I walked at a semi fast pace for 35 minutes &#8211; it was great but I had to stop and get the bus back because I knackered myself out <img src='http://weightlossfooddiary.co.uk/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
