My original goal was to be 5 stone light in 12 months.
I started in October 2009 weighing 19 stone 12lbs and wanted to be 15 stone 12 lbs by October 2010
So I have 38 lbs left to reach that goal by October 2010. What I really want to do is ramp it up and lose it for my holiday in July but for the last 2-3 months there has been no movement on the weight front and all of that despite being really good (well most days, I am back on the carbs heavily which isnt helping).
A few friends have reminded me that at least my weight isn’t increasing (true enough) and that has helped to keep me focused.
I managed to lose my first 1 stone and 12 lbs with no exercise at all and am only now getting into an exercise routine which is proving really hard after about 4 years of no exercise whatsoever.
I looked at a photo of myself when I started and a photo taken in March and the difference is definitely noticeable which has helped me to stay firm in my resolve to lose it.
